Microsoft has asked all windows phone users to suggest improvment on its Windows Phone mobile operating system. If you are a windows phone user and want some specific feature in the windows phone, you can suggest it to Microsft online.

Windows Phone now comes with a pre installed suggestion box app. The app simply connects the Windows Phone of the users to the Windows Phone Suggestion Box forum where users can browse the suggestions already posted which are sorted in three categories – top ideas, hot ideas and new ideas.  Users have the option to vote for others’ ideas through their Windows Phone, or they can simply review their suggestions.

“Anybody can use Suggestion Box, which organises ideas by category and shows which are gaining the most traction or sparking the most chatter. But heads up that it’s a moderated forum and only for phone-related ideas,” Microsoft wrote in a blog post.

This is a nice step by Microsoft to know what users want in their smartphone. Micrsoft is facing a great fight with Android in smartphone market so this step can help company to release a better user friendly mobile platform.
