Its a great news from Google for all users who belong to US and Canada. Company has decided to extend free calling for next year on the North American continent. Users can use Google Voice or Gmail for free calling.

Few months back company had announced that the free calling will not not be available after 2011. But it seems that company has decided to change the mind.

“As the holiday season approaches, we’re happy to announce that we’ve extended free domestic calls within the US and Canada for 2012,” Vincent Paquet, group product manager, said.

“This is our way of helping you connect with friends and family across the country. And you can still call the rest of the world from Gmail at our insanely low rates,” it added.
