One of the popular mobile browser, BOLT has been taken away from all the app stores of Android and BlackBerry. This free web browser is no longer available.

Developer company, Bitstream has announced on a post,”The free BOLT mobile browsing service will be discontinued. Unfortunately, the economic circumstances prevent us from running a free service going forward. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your loyalty and support.”

This browser was developed to give users full desktop browser style experience on the mobile web with faster page loads and split-screen view. This browser has many good features social media widgets. I personally prefer it over Opera Mini when I wanted to see the full version of my websites on mobile devices.

Company has not mentioned anything about the paid version of the app.  But we could expect the launch of paid version of the app soon.
