On wednesday, Big Fish games had announced its subscription based gaming service through Apple’s app store. But Apple has now removed the app from the APp store without any explanation.

This new app allows gamers to play ipad games over streaming Wi-Fi for $6.99 per month. This is said to b first cloud based game subscription service in App store.  To date, App Store games have only been available for individual, one-time purchase and download.

A spokesperson from Big fish Games said in an announcement  on wednesday,”worked collaboratively with Apple over several weeks to ensure the service met all their guidelines.”

Its unclear why Apple has removed the game from the App store. If they do not want this app in the store, then why the had approved it. There is not official announcement or statement from Apple on this matter.
