After the 3 days service outage, blackberry is trying to gain users trust with offering some premium apps for free with a month technical support for free.
There are 12 apps included in offer which costs approximately $100. These apps includes SIMS 3, Bejeweled, Texas Hold’em Poker 2, Bubble Bash and Shazam Encore, and RIM claims more will be added at a later date.
There is a offer in technical support too. Enterprise customers will be offered a month free technical support while customer don’t have a technical support contract will get a one month trial of the service.
After 3 days service outage, this is the step taken by Company to satisfy the users. But due to service outage users were not able to check mail and access their apps and games. I am not sure whether this offer would satisfy them
