Yahoo Launches Flickr App for Android

Yahoo has now announced the official app of Flickr for Android smartphones. This new app will run on Android 2.1 or higher. This app allows users to share photos with location information. Users can also comments on photos.

User can capture and share photos and access all the important features of Flickr account. User can click the pic with smartphones, upload it to the Flickr account with adding location info and other tags. The interface of the app is nice and easy to use. The app claims to offer full screen experience and allows user to download the images from the Flickr as well. 

Flickr account access is possible through Yahoo account, Facebook account or Google account. Users can search for their friends and other folks using the search option to add them as contacts.

This app is available to download for free from Android market. This app can be downloaded and installed on all Android devices running on Android 2.1 or higher.
