It’s again a good news for gadget lovers. The list of pocket friendly tablet phones seems to be growing. Computer parts maker iBall launched its first Android tablet Slide at a price of Rs 13,995.
This cool tablet has a cool 7-inch multi-touch screen. It comes with an in-built 8GB memory which can also be expanded up to 32GB. It comes with a 2 megapixel front camera, USB host and HDMI output.
It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and is powered by 1GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor. Other connectivity features of the tablet include Bluetooth, WiFi and 3G.
Commenting on the launch of iBall Slide, Sandeep Parasrampuria, director, iBall said, “The world-wide market is phenomenally rising for Tablet PCs and is expected to reach 175 million units by 2014. iBall Slide is power packed with technology and features and we are sure iBall Slide will make the Indian consumer enjoy the ride.”
