Google is celebrating its birth day with a birthday doodle. Back in march 1997, Google was began as a project by Larry Page and Sergey Brin, Ph.D. students at Stanford. Now that project is ruling the web and dominating the world with its search power.
Now this search engine based company also offers online tools and platforms including: Gmail, Maps and YouTube. Most of its Web-based products are free. Its main earning is from google’s ad programs Adword and adsense.
If we look at past few months, google has acquired so many companies including motorola mobility and many daily deals. Google has also bought thousands of patents. Which shows the power of this search giant.
Although Google is getting tough competition from facebook and facing some antitrust cases, the company is still number company of the world and google.com is the most visited website with trillion page views.
