Google launches Google Wallet

Some months ago, Google had announced Google Wallet, a mobile payment service. Now this mobile payment service is available to the public but only for those who use Nexus S 4G phones and Citi MasterCards or Visa cards at least. With this service, Google wants to make world without paper money or credit cards. Just use smartphone for all your billing tasks and payments.

This wallet system is built on an open platform that combines multiple credit cards, loyalty programs and offers at the point of sale. That means, Google has turned your phone into a wallet.

You can use this service with your Google account but you must have a smartphone Nexus S 4G phones. You will see an update with a new Wallet app. This service only works with Citi MasterCards and Google Prepaid Cards, which can be filled using any other credit card.
