Skype, top VoIP service was down again and many of its users who were facing problem in signing in into their skype account. This was also accepted by company on microblogging website, twitter via a post.
“Some of you may be having problems signing in to Skype or buying credits – we’re sorry, and we’re working hard to get things back to normal”, company said.
People from all over the world registered their problem and anger to company. Skype is a voice and video calling service that has replaced the use of phones while you are on your computer.
Some days ago this type of problem had seen due to a software update in the skype. Almost 2 weeks later the same issue hit again. That means the problem is still there. Problems can arrive to the service of any company at any time. But the best thing is that the company accepted that the issue was their fault and they are trying to fix it as soon as they can.
