Tomb Raider games in order

Tomb Raider is one of the most popular game franchises. Due to the popularity of this game, it was also adopted in movies. Tomb Raider is an action-adventure game where you play as Lara Croft. Lara Croft tries to solve puzzles and avoid traps set within ancient tombs and temples. Lara Croft, the main protagonist, and playable character or the game, also became really popular. She has won several awards, appeared on several Magazine covers, and Guinness World Records.

The first Tomb Raider game was released in 1996 for PC, PlayStation, and Sega Saturn. It sold over 7 million copies. The sequel, Tomb Raider II, was released in 1997 and sold 8 million copies. As per reports, the series has sold over 88 million copies worldwide by 2022. Core Design, a British video game development company owned by Eidos Interactive, was the developer of the first six Tomb Raider games. After 2003, the development was moved to the American studio Crystal Dynamics.
