Sony has announced a new limited edition PlayStation 5 bundle inspired by Marvel’s Wolverine. The new hardware is designed around Insomniac Games’ upcoming Wolverine game and will launch alongside the game later this year.
The PlayStation 5 Digital Edition gets a new Battle Yellow design inspired by Wolverine’s classic yellow and black costume. The limited edition bundle also includes a matching DualSense Wireless Controller featuring the same colors and Wolverine’s signature claw marks.
The console plates feature a comics-inspired design created in collaboration with Scottish graphic artist Jock. Insomniac Games worked with Jock to bring a hand-drawn comic book style to the hardware.
“I wanted to show Wolverine at his fiercest for Marvel’s Wolverine Limited Edition PS5 Console bundle and accessories,” Jock said. He added that the design combines traditional hand-drawn ink with modern PlayStation hardware.
Sony will also sell the Battle Yellow design separately for existing PlayStation 5 Slim owners. The company is offering Wolverine Battle Yellow console covers for the PS5 Slim, allowing owners to give their existing console the limited edition look.
There is also an Adamantium design inspired by the metal bonded to Wolverine’s skeleton. This design will be available for the DualSense controller and PS5 and PS5 Pro console covers.
The Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition DualSense Wireless Controller will be sold separately. Sony will also offer Adamantium covers for the PS5 Pro.
Marvel’s Wolverine limited edition PS5 prices
The PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle will cost $649.99 in the US. The bundle is priced at £569.99 in the UK, €649.99 in Europe and ¥96,980 in Japan.
The Battle Yellow DualSense Wireless Controller will cost $84.99, while the Battle Yellow PS5 console covers will cost $74.99.

Sony has not yet announced the Indian pricing for these limited edition products.
The new hardware and accessories will arrive alongside Marvel’s Wolverine later this year. The game is being developed by Insomniac Games, the studio behind Marvel’s Spider-Man series.
