Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Crosses 2 Million Sales Just One Day After Launch

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Remake

Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced has crossed 2 million copies sold just one day after its release. The milestone confirms the strong demand for the remastered version of one of the most popular games in the Assassin’s Creed franchise.

The game launched on July 9 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The sales figure includes all supported platforms. Ubisoft has not shared a platform-wise breakdown.

The game has also seen impressive activity on Steam since launch. According to Steam player tracking data, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced reached an all-time peak of 104,756 concurrent players on July 12, which makes it one of the biggest Steam launches for the franchise.

At the time of writing, the game still has 99,531 concurrent players, which shows that player interest remains high even after the launch weekend. After a dip on the first full day following launch, player numbers recovered over the weekend and climbed to a new peak.

The game is also performing well on Twitch. It currently has 54,694 active viewers across 2,220 live channels. The highest viewer count in the last 24 hours reached 55,592, while its all-time Twitch peak stands at 147,564 viewers.

The high viewership suggests that the game is attracting both players and audiences on streaming platforms, helping maintain visibility after launch.

Crossing 2 million sales in just one day, along with more than 104,000 peak concurrent players on Steam and strong Twitch viewership, makes Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced one of Ubisoft’s biggest launches in recent years.
