Vivo India has confirmed that its folding phone Vivo X Fold3 Pro will be launched in India on June 6. The company has already started teasing the phone’s launch on X via multiple posts. It has also started sending media invites to all tech journalists and bloggers.
Teasers confirm that the camera will come with ZEISS optics. The phone features a lightweight carbon fiber hinge and the phone itself weighs just 236 grams. It packs a 5,700mAh battery, but it is still just 11.2mm thick when folded.
Vivo X Fold3 Pro features a 6.53-inch outer display and an 8.03-inch inner display. Both the panels have a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness. It packs a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC for high-end performance. The camera setup features a 50 megapixels primary camera with OIS, 50 megapixels Ultra-wide camera, and 64 megapixels 3x telephoto camera.
The phone packs a 5700 mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Vivo X Fold 3 Pro was launched in China at a starting price of CNY 9,999 which translates to Rs. 1,16,000. We can expect similar pricing for India.
