Along with Galaxy S22 series, Samsung also announced the Galaxy Tab S8 series of tablets at its Galaxy Unpacked event today. The series includes Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+, and Tab S8 Ultra. All the tablets pack Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC processor.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 comes with an 11-inch WQXGA 120Hz LTPS TFT display. The tablet packs Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 4nm and with Adreno next-gen GPU. It comes in 8+128GB and 8+256GB models. Storage is further expandable up to 1TB.
There is a dual-camera setup with 13 megapixels primary camera and 6 megapixels ultra-wide camera. It has 12 megapixels selfie camera.
It has a quad-speakers setup tuned by AKG and features Dolby Atmos.
There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E 802.11 ax, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS + GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, and USB 3.2 Type-C. The tablet will also be available in the Wi-Fi-only model. Galaxy Tab S8 packs an 8,000mAh battery with 45W Fast Charging.
