The smartwatch has sedentary alerts notification alerts and more. You can pair it with your phone via Bluetooth to get notified about calls, messages, and other notifications. You can also do multiple sports tracking, check calendar entries, and control the camera of your phone.
The watch can be configured using MevoFit Fitness App. You can create your profile, measure your progress, set your goals, and change watch settings.
