Google Pixel Slate with 12.3-inch Display, Intel processor Announced

Along with Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, Google also introduced Pixel Slate tablet running Chrome OS.

Google Pixel Slate features a 12.3 inch 2.5D curved glass Molecular Display with 3000 x 2000 pixels resolution. It also comes with Pixelbook Pen support. It is 7 mm thick. It also has dual front firing speaker and 2 mics for improved noise cancellation.

It is powered by 8th Gen Intel Core m3, i5 or i7 processor or Intel Celeron processor. It comes with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. So, you have several different models to choose from.

It runs on Chrome OS that could offer both desktop-like and touch-optimized experiences. It will also be able to run several developer tools and full Linux applications.

The optional Pixel Slate Keyboard attaches to the Pixel Slate and gives you laptop-like experience.

It has 8 megapixels rear camera with f/1.8 aperture and 8 megapixels front camera with f/1.9 aperture.

The phone has Pixel Imprint Fingerprint Sensor with a dedicated microcontroller for better on-device security. It also has a Titan security chip to add an extra layer of protection on your device.

It offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz), 2×2 (MIMO), Bluetooth 4.2 and Two USB-C ports for charging. There is also a 4K display output.

It has 48Wh with claims to offer up to 12 hours of mixed use. It also supports fast charging that claims to charge for up to two hours of use from 15 minutes of charging.
