Syrian Electronic Army has created another buzz by modifying the domain records of Facebook. They did this after hacking into Mark Monitor, domain protection and brand management company.
They posted an image on Twitter showing the whois records of Facebook.com in which we can clearly see registrant Email as syrian.es.sy@gmail.com.

We tried to contact Mark Monitor about their attack, but couldn’t get any response.
To be clear, we have no evidence except the images posted by SEA. We did not see any effect on Facebook. We will have to wait for official confirmation from Mark Monitor to know what exactly happened few hours back.
