After cutting the prices of several galaxy smartphones and tablets, Now Samsung has cut the price of Samsung Galaxy Camera in India. This Android based camera was launched in India back in November for the price of Rs. 29,900. Now Samsung Galaxy Camera is available for Rs. 26,500 via few online retailers.
Samsung Galaxy Camera runs on Android 4.1 Jelly bean and features a 1.4 GHz quad core processor. It features a 16.3-megapixel sensor with a f/2.8 aperture. It also features 21x super long zoom. It comes with 8 GB internal storage. It also features micro SDSC, micro SDHC and micro SDXC card slot for storage expansion.
It features a 4.8-inch S-LCD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution, translating into 308 ppi. It also has a 3G SIM slot for 3G connectivity on the go.
Connectivity options include 3G (HSPA+ 21Mbps), HDMI 1.4, WiFi a/b/g/n, WiFi HT40, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Galaxy camera also features few nice sharing and backup features. It has auto cloud backup to save your images to cloud direct from camera. Most interesting feature of the camera is that you can run any Android app on it.
It is also packed with 1,650 mAh battery that runs more than 7 hours.

Earlier this week, Samsung has also announced the WiFi only version of the camera. But we cannot say when it will be available in India.
