vivo has expanded the X300 FE lineup in India with a new 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The smartphone was launched in the country in May with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
The new 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at Rs. 84,999. It is now available through Flipkart, Amazon, vivo India’s online store and leading retail outlets across the country.
The vivo X300 FE features a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 2640 x 1216 pixel resolution. The display supports a variable refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz and offers up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness. It also supports 4,320Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Mobile Platform, paired with an Adreno 829 GPU. The new variant comes with 8GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage.
The smartphone runs Android 16 with vivo’s OriginOS 6. It has a dual-SIM setup and supports 5G connectivity.
The X300 FE has a triple rear camera setup. The primary camera uses a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 sensor with an f/1.57 aperture and optical image stabilization. It is paired with an 8-megapixel 106-degree ultra-wide camera and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
A 50-megapixel autofocus camera is available on the front for selfies and video calls. The rear cameras are also supported by an Aura light.
The phone has an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio support. It also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. Connectivity options include 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS and USB Type-C.
The vivo X300 FE measures 150.83 x 71.76 x 7.99mm and weighs 191 grams.

The new 8GB + 256GB variant of the vivo X300 FE costs Rs. 84,999. It is available through online and offline retail channels across India.
Online buyers can get a flat 10% instant discount on selected SBI, HDFC and Axis bank cards or choose up to 24 months of no-cost EMI. A 10% exchange bonus is also available.
Offline buyers can choose 24 months of no-cost EMI at Rs. 3,542 per month with zero down payment. The company is also offering up to 10% instant cashback on selected bank cards and up to 10% upgrade bonus for eligible users.
Other offers include V-Shield protection plans starting at Rs. 2,550, a 60% assured buyback option at Rs. 799 and Jio benefits with up to 5,000GB of data.
