Samsung has launched the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G in India, expanding its Galaxy F series lineup. The new mid-range smartphone comes with a 120Hz AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, a 50MP rear camera with OIS, and a large 6000mAh battery. Samsung is also promising up to six years of Android OS and security updates.

The Galaxy F70 Pro 5G features a flat design with a pill-shaped camera module on the back. It comes in Aurora Green and Alpha Black colour options with a textured leather-like finish. The phone also has an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

It sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display offers up to 800 nits High Brightness Mode (HBM) and 1400 nits peak brightness. It is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+.

The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 4nm processor with Adreno 710 GPU. It is available with up to 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Storage can also be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card. It runs Android 16 with Samsung One UI 8.5.

The Galaxy F70 Pro 5G has a triple rear camera setup. It includes a 50MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, there is a 12MP selfie camera.

Other features include stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, NFC, USB Type-C audio, 5G, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

The phone packs a 6000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.

Price and availability

The Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G starts at Rs. 23,999 as part of a limited-time launch offer. Its original price is Rs. 25,999. The smartphone will go on sale starting August 8 during Flipkart’s Freedom Sale. It will be available in Aurora Green and Alpha Black colour options.
