Google has launched the Pixel 11 Pro Fold in India. It is the company’s latest book-style foldable smartphone and was launched alongside the Pixel 11 series and Pixel Watch 5.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold brings Google’s new Tensor G6 chipset, a large 8-inch inner display, a 6.5-inch cover screen and a triple rear camera setup. It also comes with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage as standard.
The foldable has an 8-inch OLED Super Actua Flex display on the inside. It has a resolution of 2,076 x 2,152 pixels and supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The display offers 372ppi pixel density, HDR support and up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness.
Google has used an ultra-thin glass cover for the inner foldable display.
On the outside, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold has a 6.5-inch OLED Super Actua cover display. It has a resolution of 1,080 x 2,342 pixels and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It also supports up to 120Hz refresh rate, HDR and up to 3,600 nits peak brightness. The cover display uses what Google calls an ultra-durable ceramic cover glass.
The phone is powered by the Tensor G6 chipset, which is also used in the Pixel 11 series. It is paired with Google’s Titan M3 security coprocessor.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold runs Android 17 out of the box. Google promises seven years of OS updates, security updates and Pixel Drop updates.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold has a triple rear camera setup. The primary camera is a 48-megapixel sensor with an f/1.7 aperture. It is accompanied by a 10.5-megapixel ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 127-degree field of view. The third camera is a 10.8-megapixel telephoto sensor with an f/3.1 aperture. It supports up to 5x optical zoom and up to 30x digital zoom.
For selfies and video calls, the foldable has two 10-megapixel cameras. One is placed on the cover display, while the other is located on the inner display. The phone can record videos at up to 4K resolution at 60fps.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. It also includes NFC, USB Type-C and satellite navigation systems including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS and NavIC. Unlike the Pixel 11 series, the foldable uses a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
When folded, the phone measures 155.2 x 76 x 10.1mm. When unfolded, it measures 155.2 x 150.4 x 5mm. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold weighs around 239 grams. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold also gets an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold packs a 4,806mAh battery. Google claims that it can provide more than 24 hours of battery life. The phone supports 30W wired charging. Google claims it can charge from 0 to 50 percent in around 30 minutes when used with a compatible 30W charging adapter. It also supports up to 25W wireless charging.
Price and Availability
The Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold is priced at Rs. 1,86,999 in India. Google is offering the foldable in a single configuration with 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage.
The phone is available in a single Olive colour option.
