OnePlus Launches New N Series in India, N6 Set to Debut on June 30

OnePlus N6

OnePlus has announced a new smartphone lineup called the N Series for the Indian market. The new series will target the ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 price segment, with the first device, the OnePlus N6, scheduled to launch on June 30.

The introduction of the N Series expands OnePlus’ smartphone portfolio in India. The company will now operate across three categories: N Series, Nord Series, and Flagship Series. The N Series will cater to buyers in the ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 segment, while the Nord Series will continue to target the ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 range. OnePlus’ flagship smartphones will remain positioned above ₹50,000.

The company says the “N” in the N Series stands for New, Neo, and Never Off. It reflects the focus on younger users and reliable everyday performance.

According to OnePlus, the N Series is designed for younger consumers who use smartphones as their primary device for entertainment, social media, content creation, casual gaming, learning, and communication. The company says the new lineup will focus on delivering long battery life, smooth performance, and a practical design at a more accessible price point.

The announcement comes as India remains one of the world’s largest smartphone markets. OnePlus cited industry data showing that more than 152 million smartphones were shipped in the country in 2025. The company also highlighted the importance of Gen Z consumers, noting that India is home to over 377 million Gen Z users who account for a large share of smartphone purchases.

Alongside its product expansion, OnePlus has also strengthened its presence in India by increasing its service network from 400 to 500 centres through OPPO’s service infrastructure.

OnePlus has not yet revealed the specifications, features, or pricing of the N6. The company said additional details about the smartphone and the N Series will be announced in the coming weeks ahead of its launch.
