jUMPP has announced the launch of UPI services on its platform after receiving approval from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) as a Third Party Application Provider (TPAP).
The move expands jUMPP’s offerings beyond wealth management and investments. It allows users to make UPI payments directly from the app. Users can now perform peer-to-peer money transfers, merchant payments, bill payments, and mobile recharges without relying on a separate payments application.
The company describes the launch as an important step in its goal of building a financial super app that combines payments, savings, investments, and money management tools in a single platform.
jUMPP currently offers financial products such as Digital Gold, Mutual Funds, and SIP investments. With the addition of UPI services, the company aims to bring day-to-day transactions and wealth-building tools together within the same ecosystem.
According to the company, integrating UPI into the platform will help users manage different financial activities from one app instead of switching between multiple applications. The company also says the approval strengthens its focus on offering a secure and compliant digital payments experience.
Commenting on the development, Sarvjeet Singh Virk, Founder and CEO of jUMPP, said the integration of UPI is a major step towards creating a more seamless and intelligent financial experience for users. He added that the company’s vision is to simplify money management and wealth creation through AI-powered conversations and personalized financial guidance.
jUMPP positions itself as an AI-powered conversational fintech platform that helps users manage finances through natural language interactions. The platform uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized financial insights, spending analysis, budgeting recommendations, and wealth management assistance.
The company says its primary focus is on addressing the financial needs of users in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities by making financial services more accessible and easier to understand. The app currently supports English and Hindi, with additional regional language support planned for the future.
With UPI now available, jUMPP joins a growing list of fintech platforms looking to combine payments, investments, and financial planning services within a single application. The company believes the combination of AI-driven financial assistance and digital payments can help improve financial inclusion and encourage better money management among users.
jUMPP is available for download on both Android and iOS devices.
