OPPO has launched the new OPPO Find X9s smartphone in India alongside the Find X9 Ultra. The phone brings a compact flagship design, a large battery, flagship cameras, and the latest MediaTek Dimensity chipset.
The OPPO Find X9s features a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED flat display with a resolution of 2760 × 1256 pixels and support for 120Hz refresh rate. The panel supports Dolby Vision, 3840Hz ultra-high-frequency PWM dimming, and up to 3600 nits peak brightness. OPPO is also using ultra-narrow 1.15mm bezels on all sides. This gives the phone a clean and symmetrical design. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s 3nm processor paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. It runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16 out of the box.
The phone comes with a triple rear camera setup with three 50MP sensors. This includes a 50MP primary camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor and OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera with OIS and Sony LYT-600 sensor. The telephoto camera also supports Hasselblad portrait tuning. On the front, the device features a 32MP selfie camera.
OPPO is also highlighting its LUMO Image Engine, which powers the phone’s computational photography features. According to the company, the system improves image clarity, colours, and dynamic range while reducing CPU and battery usage during image processing.
Other features include stereo speakers, USB Type-C audio, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.1, NFC, NavIC support, infrared sensor, and an in-display 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
It packs a 7025mAh battery packed inside a relatively slim 7.99mm body. OPPO says the phone uses its third-generation Silicon-Carbon battery technology with 15% silicon content to achieve the larger battery capacity. The company also claims the battery is designed to retain over 80% capacity after five years of regular use. The phone supports 80W SUPERVOOC wired fast charging, but there is no wireless charging support.
The OPPO Find X9s also comes with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The device measures 156.98 × 73.93 × 7.99mm and weighs 202 grams.
The OPPO Find X9s comes in Midnight Grey, Lavender Sky, and Sunset Orange colour options. Pricing starts at Rs. 79,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 512GB model is priced at Rs. 89,999.
The smartphone is currently available for pre-order through the OPPO India online store, Amazon, Flipkart, and offline retail stores. Sales will begin on May 28.
As part of launch offers, customers can get up to 24 months no-cost EMI, up to 10% instant cashback on select bank cards, exchange bonuses, and an assured buyback option. OPPO is also bundling a free premium gift box for pre-bookings made between May 14 and May 27, which includes OPPO Enco Buds3 Pro+ and a premium cover case.
Additional offers include a 180-day hardware replacement guarantee, three months of Google AI Pro subscription with 5TB cloud storage, and three months of Spotify Premium Standard subscription.
