moto g37 and moto g37 Power

Motorola has launched the new moto g37 and moto g37 Power smartphones in India. The latest phones in the G-series focus on large batteries, smooth displays, and durable design at affordable prices. The new moto g37 starts at Rs. 13,999, while the moto g37 Power starts at Rs. 15,999.

Both phones feature a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Motorola says the display can reach up to 1050 nits of brightness in high brightness mode. The phones also come with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection on the front.

The devices are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset built on a 6nm process. Motorola has paired the processor with up to 8GB RAM and support for up to 16GB virtual RAM.

The smartphones run on Android 16 out of the box. Motorola has promised one major Android update to Android 17, along with three years of security updates.

Both phones include a 50MP rear camera with Quad Pixel technology and an 8MP front camera. The phones also support up to 2K video recording from both front and rear cameras.

Other features include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.4, expandable storage up to 1TB through microSD, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

One of the biggest differences between the two models is the battery capacity. The standard moto g37 packs a 5200mAh battery with 20W fast charging support. The moto g37 Power comes with a much larger 7000mAh battery and supports 30W TurboPower charging.

Motorola has also focused on durability. Both phones come with IP64 dust and splash resistance ratings along with MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification.

The moto g37 is available in a single 4GB + 64GB variant priced at Rs. 13,999. The moto g37 Power is priced at Rs. 15,999 for the 4GB + 128GB model, while the 8GB + 128GB variant costs Rs. 18,999.

Both phones will be available in PANTONE Nautical Blue, PANTONE Impenetrable, and PANTONE Capri colour options.

The smartphones will go on sale in India starting May 25 through Flipkart, Motorola India, and offline retail stores.
