Realme 13 5G comes with a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display with up to 120Hz Dynamic Refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It also has 680 nits peak brightness and houses a hole-punch for the selfie camera.
The phone is powered by Octa Core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 6nm processor and Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU handles graphics requirements. There is 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and the phone is offered with 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. Internal storage is also expandable up to 2TB with a microSD card. Realme 13 5G runs Android 14 out of the box.
The rear camera setup has 50 megapixels primary camera with a Samsung ISOCELL S5KJNS sensor and f/1.75 aperture. It also has 2 megapixels secondary portrait camera. For selfies, the phone has 16 megapixels front-facing camera.
