WhatsApp now wants to provide a quick, seamless, and simple conversation experience. The company is now launching chat filters, so you don’t need to scroll through your full inbox to find conversions. You will see these filters above the list of chats.
Soon, you will see different tabs: All, Unread, Groups.
- All: To show all messages
- Unread: To filter all the unread conversations
- Groups: To show only group chats in one place
I am not sure why the company didn’t add a Business tab. There should be a tab only for Business conversations. Business chats
The company has started rolling out these filters and will be available to all users in the coming weeks.
