Motorola today launched its latest smartphone Moto G54 5G in India. This is a 5G phone and comes with a 6.5-inch FHD+ 120Hz LCD display, Dimensity 7020 SoC, up to 12GB RAM, 50+8MP rear camera, 16MP selfie camera, and 6000mAh battery.

Moto G54 5G features a FHD+ LCD display with Panda Glass protection. The display panel has 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It also boasts up to 560 nits brightness. The phone runs Android 13 with My UX out of the box. Motorola promises assured upgrade to Android 14 and 3 years of security updates.

It packs Octa Core MediaTek Dimensity 7020 6nm processor with IMG BXM-8-256 GPU. The phone comes in two variants: 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.2) storage and 12GB LPDDR4x RAM with 256GB (UFS 2.2) storage. Internal storage is also expandable up to 1TB with microSD.

The phone has a 50 megapixels primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and OIS. It also has a secondary 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera with macro and depth function. The rear camera can also record 1080p videos. For selfies the phone has 16 megapixels front camera with f/2.4 aperture. The phone records 1080p videos from the front camera.

The fingerprint sensor is on the side embedded in the side button. For audio, it has stereo speakers and supports Dolby Atmos.

Moto G54 5G is IP52 dust and splash resistant. It measures 161.56x 73.82 x 8.89mm and weighs 192g. It comes in Midnight Blue, Mint Green and Pearl Blue colours

Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA (14 5G bands), Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, and USB Type-C 2.0. The phone packs a 6000mAh battery with 30W turbocharging.
