Vivo has launched its latest smartphone Vivo Y36 in its latest ‘Y-series’ of smartphones in India. The phone features a 6.64-inch FHD+ 90Hz display, Snapdragon 680 SoC. 8GB of RAM, 50+2 MP rear camera, 16 MP selfie camera, and 5000mAh battery.
Vivo Y36 features a 6.64-inch Full HD+ LCD display with 2388 × 1080 pixels resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 650 nits peak brightness. The phone runs Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box.
It packs Octa Core Snapdragon 680 6nm processor with Adreno 610 GPU. The phone also has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Internal storage is further expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card. It also supports an extended RAM 3.0 feature that offers an additional 8GB RAM to the smartphone.
The rear camera setup includes 50 megapixels primary camera and 2 megapixels depth camera. For selfies, the phone has 16 megapixels front camera. Camera app includes several modes including Photo, Night, Portrait, Video, High Resolution, Pano, Live Photo, Slow-Mo, Time-Lapse, Pro, Documents, and Double Exposure.
The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Vivo Y36 also comes with 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5Ghz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS/QZSS, and USB Type-C connectivity options. It packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.
Vivo Y36 is IP54 dust and water resistant. It measures 164.06×76.17×8.07mm and weighs 202g. The phone comes in Vibrant Gold and Meteor Black colors.
