Poco just launched its latest smartphone POCO X5 5G in India. The phone features a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 695, up to 8GB RAM, 48+8+2 MP rear camera, 13MP selfie camera, and 5000mAh battery. The phone starts at Rs. 18999.
POCO X5 5G comes with a 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED. The display panel has a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1200 nits peak brightness. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection to avoid scratches. The phone runs MIUI 13 based on Android 12.
It packs Octa Core Snapdragon 695 8nm processor and Adreno 619L GPU. The phone is offered in two models: 6+128GB and 8+256GB. Both variants have 5GB expandable Turbo RAM capabilities. Internal storage is further expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card.
The rear camera setup includes 48 megapixel primary camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera, and 2 megapixels macro camera. It also has 13 megapixels front camera for capturing selfies.
POCO X5 5G has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an Infrared sensor. The phone also has a bottom-ported speaker. Connectivity options are 5G SA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. It promises 20 hours of calling or 21 hours of video playback.
