TECNO has announced its new smartphone PHANTOM X2 Pro at an event in Dubai. The phone features a retractable portrait camera that promises impressive results. It also comes with a 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 9000 processor, and a 5160 mAh battery.
TECNO PHANTOM X2 Pro features a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
It packs an Octa-Core Dimensity 9000 4nm processor and Mali-G710 10-core GPU. The phone also has 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It runs Android 12 with HiOS 12 out of the box.
The phone comes with a triple rear camera that includes a retractable portrait camera with a 65mm lens, 2.5x optical zoom, large f/1.49 aperture and shallow 18.9cm depth of field. It also has 50 megapixels primary camera and a 13 megapixels ultrawide camera. For selfies, there is a 32 megapixels front camera.
The phone has an under-display fingerprint sensor. It also has Stereo speakers. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C. It packs a 5160mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
There is also an Eco-Friendly Edition of PHANTOM X2 Pro 5G. This special edition features a pioneering microfiber back cover constructed by recycling materials recovered from the ocean.
