Samsung just announced the launch of its 5G phone Samsung Galaxy F42 5G in its F series of smartphones. The phone starts at Rs. 20,999.
Samsung Galaxy F42 5G comes with a 6.6-inch Full HD+ Infinity-V LCD display. The display also has 90Hz refresh rate. It packs MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone comes with 6GB or 8GB RAM along with 128GB storage. Storage is also expandable up to 1TB.
The phone has a triple camera setup that includes 64 megapixels primary camera, 5 megapixels ultra-wide camera and 2 megapixels depth camera. It also has 8 megapixels selfie camera.
There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also supports Dolby Atmos.
Samsung Galaxy F42 5G offers 5G SA/ NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, and USB Type-C connectivity options. It packs a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging.
Samsung Galaxy F42 5G measures 167.2 x 76.4 x 9mm and weighs 203g. It comes in Matte Black and Matte Blue colors.
