Jolla announced Jolla C Smartphone and a new Sailfish Community Device Program

Founded by former Nokia engineers, Jolla has been trying to fight for its existence with its Sailfish OS based phone. Now, company has announced its second smartphone Jolla C that will come as a part of part of a new Sailfish Community Device Program for developers and fans. Only 1000 units were reserved for this, so it sold out quickly.

Jolla C features a 5-inch HD display and runs on Sailfish OS 2.0. It can also run Android apps. It is powered by Quad-core Snapdragon 212 processor with 2 GB RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. It comes with 16 GB internal storage with microSD card slot to expand storage upto 32 GB.

It has 8-megapixels rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixels front camera. It comes with 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity. It is packed with 2500 mAh battery.
