Oppo just announced Oppo R9 and Oppo R9 Plus smartphones at an event in China. The OPPO R9 is priced at 2799 Yuan and OPPO R9 Plus is priced at 3299 Yuan.
Oppo R9 features a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display with 1.66mm ultra-narrow frame and 77.68% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor with 700MHz Mali T860MP2 GPU and 4 GB RAM.
It comes with 64 GB internal storage. One can also expand storage up to 128 GB. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Color OS 3.0. It features a 13 megapixels rear camera with LED flash. 4K video recording and 5P lens. It also offers a 16-megapixels front camera with 78.1-degree wide angle lens.
It packs fingerprint sensor which can unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds. It offers 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. it is packed with 2850 mAh battery with VOOC flash charge.
