Oppo has announced two new smartphones Oppo R7 and Oppo R7 Plus in an event in Beijing, China. Oppo R7 is priced at CNY 2,499 and Oppo R7 Plus is priced at CNY 2,999. Oppo R7 will go on sale in Mid-June while Oppo R7 Plus will go on sale in August. Both smartphones will be available for pre-order starting tomorrow.. Company didn’t talk about global availability of the smartphones.
Oppo R7 features a 5.2 inch full HD AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 1.5 Ghz octal-core Snapdragon 615 processor with 3 GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 kitkat with Color OS 2.1 at top. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 8 megapixel front camera.
