Sony has announced its new smartphone Sony Xperia M4 Aqua waterproof smartphone at MWC 2015. It offers good hardware specifications only for 299 Euros. It will be available in White, Black, Coral and Silver colors.
Sony Xperia M4 Aqua features a 5 inch HD display. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) 64-bitprocessor with Adreno 405 GPU. It runs on Android 5.o Lollipop. It is packed with 2 GB RAM, 8 GB or 16 GB internal storage with microSD card slot. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 megapixel front camera with 88 degree wide-angle lens. It has IP65 (waterproof) and IP68 (dust proof) certifications.
Connectivity features of the smartphone are 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 820.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and NFC. It is packed with 2400 mAh battery which claims to deliver a talk time of up to 13 hours, and standby time up to 779 hours.
