HTC has launched its recently announced HTC Desire 820 and HTC Desire 820q in India. These smartphones have been priced at Rs. 24,990 and Rs. 22,500 respectively.
HTC Desire 820q
HTC Desire 820 is powered by a Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor ( four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz per core and four clocked at 1.0 GHz) with Adreno 405 GPU. While the HTC Desire 820q is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor Snapdragon 410 processor.

Both smartphones have 13 megapixel rear camera and 8 megapixel front camera. HTC Desire 820q comes with 1 GB RAM while HTC Desire 820 comes with 2 GB RAM. Connectivity features of both smartphone include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX and GPS. Other features of the smartphones include HTC BoomSound, Dual frontal speakers with built-in amplifiers, 2600 mAh battery.
