On Monday, Microsoft has unveiled its thinner lighter Surface 2 tablet in an event in New York. The new tablet comes with lot more free cloud storage. Microsoft has revamped it older surface and this new one is faster and better. Base version is priced at $449.
Surface 2 is powered by Nvidia Tegra 4 Processor and runs on Windows RT 8.1. It features a 10.6 inch full HD 1080p Clear Type display. It also claimed to give 25% more battery life that older version of surface. It comes with faster Wi-fi and USB 3.0. It also has 3.5 megapixel front and rear facing camera.
It now comes with a USB 3.0 port instead of a USB 2.0 and a extra video port.
Microsoft claims that Surface 2 is the most productive and most professional tablet in the world.

The device will go on sale on October 22 in 21 markets. Pre-order of the device is about to start in few hours.
