Popular Keyboard app Swype is finally out of Beta. Now all android users can take advantage of this keyboard app. Swype is now available to download via Google Play for $0.99.
Since the app was launched in beta version, more than 500 million users downloaded it worldwide. This number shows how popular apps is.
“Based on the incredible success of our beta program and our vocal customers, we decided to extend the power of Swype to more Android users through Google Play. Android users deserve the best keyboard — settling for an alternative is no longer necessary,” said Mike Thompson, Executive Vice President and General Manager for Nuance mobile.
Swype is a four in one keyboard app for Android devices that allows users to slide their fingers from one letter to another to input text. You can also simply tap, speak or handwrite letters. This app also has ability to learn users’ typing habits.

- Smart touch: The app adjusts to the user’s personal input patterns
- Expanded living language dialect support: Swype’s Living Language now adds support for over 20 dialects.
- Smart reselect: Users can select any word in Swype to edit it. The app will look at the selection and offers better replacement options.
You can download the app from Google Play Store for $0.99. It is compatible to all Android devices running on Android 2.2 or higher.
