Label and Star Your Gmail Messages Before Send Them

I like Google because it always work on improving its products. Most of the time these new changes improve the user experience. This time Google has rolled out a new update in GMail which allow users now add a label or stared an email before sending it.

Many times we forgot to add the label after sending the email. This new update will help us now. Normal Gmail users who get few emails daily will not see this update important. But those users who rely on email for their work will surely love this update.

“Have you ever sent an important email that you wanted to follow up on, but a couple days later realized you hadn’t? Starting today, you can organize your messages before sending them by starring them or adding a label, making it easy to keep track of your sent messages,” Craig Prince, a software engineer at Google, writes.

“When composing a new message, you can assign labels or star it by using the labels drop-down menu. As you’d expect, recipients of messages organized this way won’t see your labels or stars,” he explained.

It’s always hard to keep track of important emails in the hundreds of emails. So having this type of ability will reduce some effort. All the previous features only track incoming emails. But this new one is for sent emails which aims to make things sorted and simple. Try this new feature and tell use how you feel.
