Yesterday, I have posted about the quite launch of +1 button chrome extension by Google. Just within 24 hours of launch of the +1 button extension, Facebook has also launched the like button chrome extension in the same manner without any announcement. Facebook has wrote about it, “Like, recommend or share content with your friends from any site you visit with the Facebook Like plugin for Chrome.”
Now you don’t need the dependency on the webmaster to implement a like or share button on the website to like it. You can like it by using this nice extension for chrome. But it is not a step process. When you click on thumbs up icon on chrome, you will get a drop down asking you to like, share, recommend the website.
Facebook described about this, “Now you can like, share or recommend web pages, images, videos (html5 only) and audio (html5 only) on Facebook from any site you happen to be on, with the click of a button.”
“You can also right click on any page to like, share or recommend content from the Facebook Like Button menu. If you choose to share content, you can add a comment and control who sees your post,” Facebook added.
