Facebook’s video chat app Bonfire comes to Android

Facebook started testing its group video calling app Bonfire for iOS a few months back. Now, this app is available for Android.

Even if the app is officially available on Play Store but not for all counties. If you want to try, you can download the APK.

The app aims millennials and wants to give them a way to group video calls and be in touch even if they are not physically close. This app will be competing with Houseparty, Airtime, ooVoo, Marco Polo, and others.

Bonfire also brings stickers and few other features. The app also comes with tight integration with Instagram, Facebook, and Messenger. You can also capture moments during video calls and share it on Instagram, Facebook or messenger.

In recent months, Facebook saw a drop in engagement from users, especially the young audience. So, it is trying to give something even exciting to keep users on its platform. Recently it acquired tbh app that also became popular among users. Now it is trying to beat Houseparty app that is another destination of young users.

You should surely try this app if you want a different video calling experience.
