Ricoh launches a new series of compact, advanced projectors starting at Rs.32,450

Ricoh, a well-known brand of Imaging Solutions and IT Services, has launched its new series of innovative projectors. It has also introduced three projectors PJ S2440, PJ X2440 and PJ WX2440 in this series.

This range of projectors aims to offer compact, lightweight and extremely versatile projectors for different needs. These are ideal for conference rooms and classrooms.

These projects come with several connectivity options for easy usage. One can use to project the data from 30 inches to 300 inches wide diagonally projection even if placed just a few feet away from the projection screen.

It claims to offer vivid color quality with brighter images. These projectors use Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology to offer consistency with fewer noise levels. Users can also adjust the brightness.

RICOH PJ S2440 is entry-level in this series and can be used for normal usage. It offers a brightness of 3,000 lumens and a high contrast of 10000:1. It weighs 2.6kg and comes with HDMI connectivity option.

RICOH PJ X2440 is the second in the list that has the ability to project with XGA resolution at up to 1024 x 768 dpi. It offers a brightness of 3,000 lumens, coupled with 10,000:1 high contrast ratio mode.

RICOH PJ WX2440 is best among all and it can project images with WXGA resolution at up to 1280 x 800 dpi. It offers 3,100 lumens, coupled with 10,000:1 high contrast ratio mode.

Both models RICOH PJ X2440 and RICOH PJ WX2440 have multiple input terminals including a built-in HDMI/MHL. So, you can connect these with a range of devices.

These projectors also have internal speakers with the claim to offer brilliant sound quality. The good thing is the ability to connect to an external speaker. The lamp life of the projectors can be extended from 5,000 hours to a whopping 6,000 hours.

RICOH PJ S2440 is priced at Rs.32,450, PJ X2440 at Rs. 37,760 and PJ WX2440 costs Rs. 45,910.
