BlackBerry has launched its BlackBerry KEYone smartphone in India. In India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, this phone is designed, manufactured and sold by Optiemus. The phone carries the price tag of Rs. 39990.

BlackBerry KEYone was originally announced back in February this year at MWC 2017.

BlackBerry KEYone comes with a 4.5-inch display with 3:2 aspect ratio and 1620 x 1080 pixels resolution. It has 4-row QWERTY physical backlit keyboard with keys. The phone also responds to gestures. The phone also has a fingerprint scanner built into the space bar.

The phone has 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 14nm processor with Adreno 506 GPU and 3GB RAM. It has 32GB of storage with the option to expand storage up to 2TB.

The phone comes with 12 megapixels rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, Sony IMX378 sensor, 1.55μm pixel size, 1/2.3″ sensor size, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and 4K video recording. At the front, it has 8 megapixels front camera with f/2.2 aperture.

The phone comes with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS / GLONASS, NFC and USB 3.1 Type-C connectivity options. It has 3505 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. The Dimensions of the phone is 149.3 x 72.5 x 9.4mm and weight is 180g.

The comes in Limited Edition Black color in India. It will be available exclusively from Amazon.in starting August 8.
