Meizu just announced its new flagship phones Meizu PRO 7 and PRO 7 Plus in China. These phones come with dual Displays and dual rear cameras. Both phones will go on sale in China from August 5.
Both phones have unibody metal design. At the back, these phones have 1.9-inch secondary Super AMOLED display with 307 PPI. This secondary display shows weather, time and notifications like information. Meizu PRO 7 has 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display and Meizu PRO 7 Plus has 5.7-inch Quad HD AMOLED display.
There is also a dual camera setup with 12 megapixels sensors. From these two sensors, one is monochrome and other is color sensors. This setup is backed by with dual-tone LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, 1.25um pixel size, Sony IMX386 sensors and PDAF. At the front, the phone also has 16 megapixels front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The Meizu Pro 7 will come with 2.5GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 processor with Mali-T880 GPU or 2.6GHz Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X30 10nm processor with PowerVR 7XTP-MP4 GPU depending on the regions. It will offer 4GB RAM and 64 or 128GB storage. Meizu PRO 7 Plus comes with 2.6GHz Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X30 10nm processor with PowerVR 7XTP-MP4 GPU with 6GB RAM, 64GB or 128GB storage.
Meizu PRO 7 comes with 3000 mAh battery and Meizu PRO 7 Plus has 3500 mAh battery. Both support mCharge 4.0 that lets you charge up to 70% in 30 minutes with 25W charger. These phones also have a Fingerprint sensor on the physical home button and Cirrus Logic CS43130 Smart PA amplifier.
Meizu Pro 7 measures 147.62 x 70.72 x 7.3mm and weighs 163g. Meizu Pro 7 Plus is large and measures 157.34 x 77.24 x 7.3mm and weighs 170g.
