Chinese Smartphone manufacturer, Meizu has launched its new smartphone Meizu M5 in India. It was officially announced back in October 2016. This phone will be available on Tatacliq.com for Rs. 10499 only. It comes in Mint Green, Glacier White, Champanage Gold, Sapphire Blue and Matte Black colors.
The phone was originally announced in two RAM storage variants, but India is getting the phone with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage.
Meizu M5 features a 5.2-inch HD display based on 2.5D curved glass. It has MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor with the Mali-T860 GPU. It has 3GB RAM and 32Gb storage.
The phone also offers 13 megapixels rear camera with dual dual-tone LED flash, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture and 5P lens. For selfie, it has 5 megapixels front camera with f/2.0 aperture and 4P lens.
The phone has mTouch 2.1 fingerprint sensor embedded on the physical home button located below the display. It claims to unlock your phone in just 0.2 seconds. The mBack home button ensures safe and swift user experience.
It offers 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.0 LE and GPS / GLONASS connectivity options. It is packed with 3070 mAh battery.
Commenting on the launch of Meizu M5 Mr. Leon Zhang, Meizu Marketing Head, South Asia said, “We had launched M5 in China market a few months ago and within a short span of time, this particular model bought various accolades for Meizu’s M series. This overwhelming response further inspired us to introduce this device in Indian market which evidently is one of the key markets for Meizu.”
