Finally, Samsung India has confirmed the launch date of Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ smartphones in India. These flagship devices will be launched in Indian on April 19.
Both the phones were announced last month. Samsung has already started taking pre-orders of Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ in India.

Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ are same in specifications with the only difference in battery and screen size. The company has improved the design and focused on offering the better experience.
Galaxy S8 comes with 5.8-inch Display while Galaxy S8+ comes with 6.2-inch Display. Both phones have Quad HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. In India, we are expecting the models with Octa-Core Samsung Exynos 9 Series 8895 processor and Mali-G71 MP20 GPU. The global variant comes with Snapdragon 835 chipset.

Both models come with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 12 megapixels Dual Pixel rear camera, 8 megapixels front camera, Ultra High-Quality Audio Playback, and Ip68 ratings.

The Galaxy S8 is packed with 3000 mAh battery and Galaxy S8+ comes with 3500 mAh battery.
These phones are likely to go on sale on April 21 along with the global launch. We have no conformation on price but we are expecting the price of Galaxy S8 to be around Rs. 55,000. We should know the price of the phones on official launch.
