Today at an event in Delhi, Motorola India launched Moto G5 Plus in India. The phone will be available exclusively from Flipkart. The 3GB/16 GB is priced at Rs. 14999 and the 4GB/32 GB is priced at Rs. 16999.
This year, Motorola has reduced the size of the Plus model. Moto G5 Plus comes with 5.2-inch Full HD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 67.1 screen-to-body ratio and 401 ppi pixel density. It comes with metal build and splash proof design.

It is powered by 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 MSM8953 Pro processor with Adreno 506 GPU. It will be available in 3GB and 4GB RAM models. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Google Assistant, Moto Display and Moto Actions. So chop-chop for turning on flash-light, double twist to open the camera and more.
The phone comes with 16GB or 32GB storage and it also has dedicated removable storage. So, you can expand storage up to 128GB.
Moto G5 Plus comes with a 12 megapixels rear camera with Dual-color LED Flash, Dual-Pixel Autofocus and f/1.7 aperture. It also offers 5 megapixels front camera with f/2.2 aperture, wide angle lens and display flash to help when the light is low. You also get manual mode to get better control over your photography. The phone also comes with existing Moto gestures. So, double twist to launch the camera and double twist again to switch to front camera.
Moto G5 Plus also offers Water repellent nano-coating, Front-ported loudspeaker and Fingerprint sensor below the display.
The phone also offers 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS connectivity options. It is packed with 3100 mAh battery with support to Moto’s Turbo Charge.
