Vivo just announced two new flagship smartphones in the ‘X Series’ in China. Like other Vivo phones, this phone also targets selfie crazy people. The company has used dual-front cameras in the phone.
Vivo X9 and Vivo X9 Plus are not just different in screen sizes. These are different in specifications. Both phones come in Gold and Rose Gold colors. Vivo X9 64 GB variant comes for 2798 Yuan and 128 GB variant comes for 2998 Yuan. It is now available for pre-order in China from today. The company has not announced the price for Vivo X9 Plus.
Vivo X9 features a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display and runs on Funtouch OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0. It is powered by 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506 GPU and 4 GB RAM.
X9 Plus is larger with 5.888-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display. It is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 653 processor (Quad 1.95GHz ARM Cortex A72 + Quad 1.44GHz A53 CPUs) with 6GB RAM and Adreno 510 GPU. So, this phone is not just large but powerful.
It comes in 64GB and 128GB storage variant. It also has fingerprint sensor in the home button located below the display.
Both phones offer 20-megapixel front-facing camera with 1/2.8″ Sony IMX376 sensor and f/2.0 aperture. It also has secondary 8-megapixels front camera. It also has 16-megapixel rear camera with 1/2.8″ sensor.
The connectivity features of the phone are 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS. Both phones come in with ES9018 + ES9603 DAC to offer good audio experience.
Vivo X9 comes with 3050 mAh battery while X9 Plus is packed with 4000 mAh battery. Both phones support fast charging.
These phones have full metal unibody design with unique U-shaped antenna design. Both phones look similar but differ in screen size, so Vivo X9 Plus is larger in dimensions.
